Volvo Vocom PPT 2.03 blue screen error (fixed)

Volvo 88890300 Vocom interface with Tech Tool PPT 2.03 blue screen error solution is provided.

Problem:

When install Volvo Vocom  PTT 2.03 software on Windows 7 laptop (not yet activated),  he followed the installation instructions and restarted the computer, but the laptop suddenly turned blue screen and displayed “A COMPONENT NEED IS UNASSAILABLE”.
